One Event Key unlocks one personalized Event Hub, designed and set up around your gathering. Your Hub brings event details, RSVPs, updates, and helpful links together. Features vary by Hub: Celebration includes a Guest Book and gift management, while Intentionally Mini focuses on smaller gatherings and simple plans. Adventure and Club are still in development.

A single key includes a giftable PDF certificate; bundles include one certificate listing all keys. Every Hub comes with a link and QR code to share with guests and three update rounds after it is prepared.

Enter the serial number on your certificate and the purchaser’s email address. For a gifted key, you can also use the recipient’s email if the purchaser registered it for that key at checkout. The serial number and email must match our records. Purchasers can register recipient emails when buying a single key or a bundle.

Your Hub will be ready within five business days after we receive your completed questionnaire and all required information, photos, links, and other materials.

Yes—for friends, family, or clients. A single Event Key includes a giftable PDF certificate. Bundles include one PDF certificate listing all keys. Separate certificates for gifting bundle keys to different people are available for an additional admin fee per certificate.

For example, hotel sales teams can gift a key to a client planning a family reunion or bridal shower, and real estate agents can gift one to buyers for a housewarming gathering. Purchasers can register recipients’ email addresses at the time of purchase.

Once your Hub is ready, we send you a link to include in digital invitations and a QR code for printed invitations or other printed materials.

Password protection is optional. You will indicate your preference in the questionnaire. If you choose it, you set your own password and are responsible for keeping it secure and sharing it with your guests.

Activate your Event Key by the deadline printed on your certificate—12 months from purchase. Your event must take place within 12 months of activation.

Your Hub stays active for 30 days after the event. At the end of that period, we send you a final report containing RSVPs, guest comments, and any guestwall entries—a keepsake of your gathering to save and revisit.

Yes. Each Event Key includes three update rounds, which you can use to correct information or adjust details as your plans evolve. Each round covers one consolidated list of changes.

Additional update rounds cost €5–€10, depending on the scope, with the price confirmed before work begins. Larger design changes are quoted separately. Corrections to errors on our part are always free and do not count toward your included rounds.

Celebration Hub: For birthdays, showers, anniversaries, family reunions, and other milestones. It brings event details and RSVPs together, with a Guest Book and gift management.

Intentionally Mini: For smaller gatherings and simple plans, with a focus on the essentials. Explore the demo to see its approach.

Adventure Hub — In development: Designed for trips and shared adventures, with collaborative planning tools planned. Its features are still being developed and it is not yet available.
